Conditions
Conditions for participations in BB Immobilien GmbH:
1- Parties who participate in BB Immobilien GmbH will become shares pro ratio of the amount of participation.
1a- For example, € 100.000,- participation gives 1/5 of 24% shares = 4,8% of the total amount of shares of the BB Immobilien GmbH
2- The shares have no voting right but serves as pawning
3- Yield is 5% net plus 2% depreciation
4- Period of participation 10 years
5- The participations are free for sale to an other participant, by relaying from Sloos Positions.
6- After ending of the participation durance, the participant gets returned the rest of his participation amount.
7- The participant can decide to extend his period of participation.
